About the event
Our Hand-Rolled Ravioli with Wine Pairing is a 90-minute hands-on workshop on creating delicious ravioli.
We will begin the workshop by preparing our pasta dough and sampling wines that pair well with each ravioli we will be making in the class. While making your pasta we will cover a brief history of pasta and the science behind wine pairing.
At the end of the workshop, you will take home:
2 delicious ravioli dishes ready to cook at home
1 digital download of the course workbook

*This event is open to all ages. Underage guests will be offered water during the workshop to enjoy.
This workshop is being held at The Lume in OKC, free parking is across the street.
